About Trish
I started as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, and now work as a nutrition and transformation coach. I've also studied Sport Psychology — and I weave these principles into my coaching every day.
I'm fascinated by the science of how we think and feel, and how that directly influences behaviour, consistency, and long-term body transformation.
Outside of coaching, I'm a proud fur mum to 2 dogs and 2 cats, an avid gym-goer, and someone who genuinely loves helping people figure out what works for their body — for life.
